This combination ensures that we will meet the expectations of the Line Manager while respecting the internal processes of the company.
Finding the ideal profile
Based on our experience and the constraints of the local market, we collaborate with you in building the ideal profile.
We consider, of course, your business and needs in terms of skills and experiences. However, we take it a step further and analyze with you the "soft skills" that are required such as:

- Development potential
Evaluation of the optimal compensation
Based on our experience, we calculate the remuneration package that is to be forecasted. We certainly take into account your internal processes and remuneration policy. We also consider your corporate culture, and measure the impact on non-objective elements of remuneration.
Validation of candidates
When we present a candidate for a given function, we believe that this person will not only have the required skills, but also the ability to integrate, grow and develop in your organisation.
Each candidate presented will be accompanied by a detailed report that includes his professional career as well as our conclusions and recommendations. The report also lists the different elements that makes the candidate is valuable in terms of skills, experience, behaviour, and, motivation ...
